Home: A New Jewish Response to Aging

“Home: A New Jewish Response to Aging” is a new program that will support seniors in safely aging at home through access to in-home care, care management, Jewish cultural activities, rehabilitation, transportation, and health / wellness education.

This program is funded in part by an allocation from the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland and its Community Impact Grant Fund.

Federation’s Bob Horenstein said, “We are pleased to help fund a comprehensive process that will lead to the creation of a new community service model that will enable seniors to live in comfort and dignity in their homes for as long as possible.”
