| Definition: | Is responsible for maintaining and improving the physical plant of Robison Jewish Health Center, Rose Schnitzer Manor and associated equipment and machinery.

| Status: | Non-exempt/Hourly

| Qualifications:………… | Education: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. Must have a Limited Industrial Maintenance Electrical License. Must be willing to increase job knowledge by attending training courses and seminars as requested by supervisor.
.Work Experience: Two years training and/or work experience in a mid-sized physical plant. Skills: Must be able to work and interact with handicapped and frail elderly residents. Must be able to follow instructions and complete assignments without constant supervision, able to direct other workers. Must have proper licensing in the areas of electrical (24 Volts, 120 Volts, 240 Volts), single phase and three phase electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Must be able to weld and solder. Must be able to distinguish colors, read schedules, product directions, equipment procedures, and typewritten reports. Must possess a valid non-encumbered Oregon driver’s license. . |
