Culture Change Work Group
The Culture Change Work Group is comprised of a group of twelve providers and surveyors across the state that come together to share ideas and problem solve issues surrounding creating person-centered environments for our residents and staff. The work group is a core component of the Culture Change Initiative, a program of the Oregon Department of Seniors and People with Disabilities.
Sharing what has worked and what has not keeps us all from constantly “reinventing the wheel”. In addition, the partnership with surveyors assures that we are in compliance with existing regulation and a vehicle to modify regulation when that is appropriate.
