DIRECTOR OF CULINARY SERVICES
Andrea “Andy” Staggs comes from a military family who has lived in Colorado, Texas, The Netherlands, Nevada, and California before her move to Oregon to accept a position with Cedar Sinai Park in 2020. Andy followed in her Grandpa Andy’s footsteps in the culinary world and has been in the industry for over 35 years. She has worked in every position in the restaurant, starting in fast food and moving into management in both the front of house and back of house for everything from American cuisine to French, Vietnamese, Hawaiian, Japanese, and Mexican to owning her own café in California. Andy’s passion is creating healthy comfort food and she loves to work with dishes that offer various flavor profiles and textures that come together in uniquely happy ways. Working for Cedar Sinai Park has provided Andy with a renewed passion for the culinary field, and finding unique ways to make our residents happy with their dining experience is her ultimate goal.
