Cedar Sinai Park’s Adult Day Services are designed for older adults living at home who benefit from daytime connection, structured activities, and attentive support—including those with dementia or cognitive changes.
We offer a secure setting, a high staff-to-participant ratio, and tailored cognitive and social engagement, so participants stay safe, stimulated, and connected while families get reliable respite. Typical adult day programs support dementia care needs with socialization, supervision, meals, and optional transportation, aligning with national guidance.
Participants can attend one to five days per week between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, enjoying small-group brain games, reminiscence and discussion, music and movement, daily exercise, creative arts, indoor games, plus lunch and two snacks.
This mix supports cognition, mood, and mobility while maintaining routines and social ties.
Caregivers gain consistent daytime respite to work, rest, or manage errands—an evidence-supported benefit of adult day programs.
We support flexible participation and accept private pay, Medicaid, certain local grants, and some long-term care insurance. Our team helps families understand coverage and options and can coordinate seamless transitions with Rose Schnitzer Manor Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing on the same campus if needs evolve, preserving continuity of caregivers and community.
