FAQs: Dining & Nutrition

Can you accommodate special diets like gluten-free, diabetes-friendly, or allergies?

Yes. Our culinary team, led by our Executive Chef and Registered Dietitian, creates customized menus that respect dietary restrictions and health goals through thoughtful substitutions and flavorful alternatives.

We provide multiple options at every meal, two daily specials, salad or sandwich of the week, and full entrees, so residents enjoy both healthy selections and familiar favorites.

Meals remain available even outside dining room hours through provided snacks like muffins or sandwiches. You may also bring approved special meals, and families can reserve guest meals. (Inquire about availability of guest meals by contacting us)
