What sets Sinai In-Home Care apart? We bring customized care to you through our dedicated aides, managed by our registered nurse team, and tailored to meet your specific needs. We are highly recommended, and often one of the first places to which people provide referrals or turn for the support of their aging loved ones.

Levels of Care

Companion Care

We believe that the emotional needs of care are as important as the physical needs. Our caring, compassionate staff provide individualized social and emotional support and positive interaction.

Homemaker Services

We tend to a variety of household chores that help keep your environment clean and organized.

Personal Services

We provide assistance with routine daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, dental hygiene, and other personal needs. Our caregivers are focused on maintaining our clients’ dignity in accordance with our mission of honoring one’s father and mother.

Complex Care

Under the direct supervision of our nurse care manager, caregivers may provide medication services and assist with non-weight-bearing transfers. For loved ones experiencing cognitive decline, our staff is trained with a special focus on positive, client-centered approaches to care. This includes a full nursing assessment and frequent monitoring.

Our Approach

Assessment

This initial phase includes meeting and introductions. We will discuss your care preferences and desired outcomes. We listen carefully to reach a better understanding of your physical, mental, and emotional needs. With this information we determine the appropriate level of care and draft an individualized care plan.

Monitoring

Home visits are conducted by our qualified staff to ensure excellent care. The first visit is held a week after the first service date and not later than 30 days; follow-up visits take place quarterly. If medication administration is required, our registered nurse will conduct cognitive self-administration evaluations on a quarterly basis.
