Geneva’s journey intertwines with the legacy of her grandfather’s printing business, originally purchased from Morris Ail, whose company catered to the Robison Jewish Home, the precursor to Cedar Siani Park. A “proud Portland native,” Geneva earned her bachelor of arts in interdisciplinary studies from Marylhurst University, concentrating on business, human resources, and psychology. Her career with Cedar Sinai Park commenced in 2016, where she stepped into the role of Human Resources Generalist before advancing to Senior Human Resources Generalist in November of 2017, and then Human Resources Director in 2020.
Prior to her tenure at Cedar Sinai Park, Geneva honed her skills as a human resources coordinator at OHSU School of Nursing, and as a human resources administrator at Fred Meyer. Enthusiastic about “fostering the bonds within our close-knit community,” Geneva perceives her role as one centered on enriching the lives of residents through the support and empowerment of valued team members.
