Tammy Heard has been an environmental services leader within long-term care for more than 30 years. As Cedar Sinai Park’s new director of resident transitions and environment, Tammy knows that elder care is everyone’s responsibility, and dignity is provided whether one is housekeeping or giving a tour. Given her strong relationship with residents and deep understanding of the campus, Tammy became in late 2023 director of resident transition and environment. She has been certified in The Green House Project’s CORE training, Learning to Lead, Best Friends Approach to Care, and LeadingAge Leadership Academy. Tammy is a grandmother of nine, and great mother to one.
